Helia is a small balloon and event styling studio based in Riga. We don't run multiple installs on the same day – every booking gets the room to itself.
Built by hand
Every garland is knotted and clustered by hand on our own frames – not machine-tied, not pre-made.
Venue-first design
We ask for photos or a walkthrough of the space before choosing colors or scale, so nothing is guessed.
Quiet materials
Balloons are sourced for hold time and finish, not just price – matte, chrome and double-stuffed finishes as needed.
